The three en-suite rooms consist of two doubles on the first floor (one overlooking the front garden and one offering glimpses of Mounts Bay over the side and rear gardens) and one twin room on the ground floor with views of the side and rear gardens.  Each room is well furnished in cottage style and is equipped with a TV/DVD, hairdryer and well-stocked hospitality tray.

Guests also have exclusive use of an additional bathroom equipped with a beautifully restored cast iron bath.

On the ground floor, guests can relax in their own sitting room, equipped with another television and a wood-burning stove, which is lit during the cooler months.  There is also a small refrigerator for guests to store cold drinks.  Glasses and a corkscrew are provided.

Delicious breakfasts are served in the Dining Room overlooking the front garden.  Local produce is used wherever possible.  Given due notice, we are delighted to cater for special requirements
